Start your day in Lebanon, PA, grab the keys to a company vehicle, and head out to customer sites where you’ll keep retail operations moving. Some days you’ll be tightening bolts on cart corrals; others you’ll be wiring ADA scooters or assembling conveyor belts. Expect variety, independence, and the satisfaction of seeing your work in action.
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $20–$23/hr (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Start Times: Fluctuating
- Overtime: As needed
- Travel: Up to 2 weeks per month (overnights; hotels paid)
- Location: Lebanon, PA
What a Typical Week Might Include
- Drive a company vehicle to multiple customer locations, sometimes across state lines.
- Service and repair retail carts, conveyor belts, ADA scooters, and cart corrals.
- Tackle hands-on work such as:
- Bolt tightening and wheel replacement
- Pressure washing and painting units
- MIG welding and light structural repair
- Wiring repairs on ADA scooters
- Assembly and disassembly of conveyor belts
- Operate in a fully paperless environment using company-provided tools, apps, and a tablet/computer.
- Work solo or team up with a helper depending on the project scope.
What You Bring
- Driving (per insurance/DOT policy):
- Must be at least 23 years old (required by insurance/DOT guidelines)
- Valid driver’s license from the state of operation (no out-of-state licenses)
- Clean driving record for the last 3 years
- Leads must enroll in the DOT National Driver program
- Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly
- Must pass: UA (including THC), DOT physical, and background check
- Comfortable with fluctuating start times and open to OT as needed
- Willing to travel out of state for up to 2 weeks at a time
- Hands-on maintenance experience and proficiency with power tools
- Previous lead experience preferred
- Comfort working indoors and outdoors in a labor-intensive environment
- Willing to work under DOT federal guidelines
- Tech-savvy with apps and paperless workflows
