Title: Field Service Technician

Immediate Supervisor: Field Service Manager
Status: Non-Exempt Hourly
Position Purpose: As a Field Service Technician, you will perform on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of IPG/Better Packages equipment at customer locations. You ensure equipment uptime, support customer production needs, and deliver a high level of technical service directly in the field. This role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude, strong customer communication, and the ability to work independently while representing IPG at customer sites.

IPG is widely recognized for its development and manufacture of specialized polyolefin, plastic and paper-based packaging products, as well as complementary packaging systems for industrial and retail use. Additionally, IPG is a woven and flexible intermediate bulk container (FIBC) manufacturer. Its performance products, including tapes and cloths, are designed for demanding aerospace, automotive and industrial applications and are sold to a broad range of industry/specialty distributors, retail stores and large end-users in diverse industries.
