Phillips Staffing is hiring for a Field Technician role at a reputable equipment manufacturer in Anderson, SC. This is a direct hire position with full benefits!
Responsibilities:
  • Assembly and commissioning of our equipment at customer’s site
  • Fulfilling maintenance contracts of our equipment at customer’s site
  • Customer service/problem solving
  • Troubleshooting of equipment at customer site
  • Communicating with service departments at our headquarters in Europe before and during customer visit and submitting service visit reports upon completion. 
  • Travel 70%-80% in US
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of PLC controls and technology (Examples include Siemens and B&R) 
  • Experience as a service technician 
  • Understanding of mechanical and electrical technical drawings / blueprints
  • Experience in machine manufacturing a plus
  • Independent, self-reliant, and customer-oriented
  • Experience working with small/medium sized companies
Shift Schedule: 1st Shift, traveling only 20% of weekends#IND2
