· 2-5 years of experience servicing analytical laboratory instrumentation.
· Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining chromatography and mass spectrometry equipment.
· Hands-on experience with High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Ultra-Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), and Mass Spectrometry systems.
· Experience servicing instruments from manufacturers such as Agilent, Shimadzu, Dionex, Thermo Fisher, Waters, or similar platforms.
· Strong electrical, mechanical, and electronic troubleshooting skills.
· Ability to perform repairs down to the component and board level.
· Experience with laboratory instrumentation installation, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
· Knowledge of analytical laboratory processes and regulatory compliance requirements.
· Strong customer service and communication skills.
· Ability to train customers, technicians, and distributors on equipment operation and maintenance.
· Ability to work independently in a field service environment.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Perform equipment repairs down to the circuit board and component level.

· Install, maintain, and optimize laboratory instrumentation systems.
· Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to customers and laboratory personnel.
· Train customers, junior technicians, and distributors on equipment operation, maintenance, and best practices.
· Educate customers on product capabilities, performance, operation, and maintenance requirements.
· Ensure equipment performance meets regulatory compliance and quality standards.
