Field Service Supervisor

The Field Service Supervisor for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for assisting the District Service Manager (DSM) in the daily management of technical staff, supporting the district with service calls and preventative maintenance (PMs) while also having formal supervisory responsibilities by managing a team of field service engineers (FSEs). The supervisor models outstanding customer service through strong communication and collaboration skills both internally and with our customers. The Field Service Supervisor will provide focus on meeting and exceeding customer's expectations, supporting sales growth, service growth and customer satisfaction.

Core duties include building a technically strong and cohesive team while maintaining a strong partnership with sales to retain base business. Effectively ensuring the day-to-day operations of the field service team performs with accuracy and completeness in repairs, calibrations, instrument qualifications and shipping & receiving.

Job Summary

This position is part of the NACO Service organization and will be located in Kansas City (Remote). At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Leads weekly daily management call with district field service engineers (FSEs) and maintains KPI miss countermeasure tracking and PSP funnel • Leads weekly management of instrument installs with IPMs and organizes/confirms resource availability to meet ship and install timeline • Partners with coordination center to define the best strategies to support our customers • Approves Timecards & PTO via ADP. Ensures all applicable pay laws are being followed • Constantly works to build the best team via employee development plans and by recruiting the best internal and external talents • Ensures individuals on team are up to date on all compliance related activity including but not limited to work orders, compliance reporting, compliance training, and travel and expense expectations • Implements training plans and provides regular coaching, monitoring, and feedback sessions to track and ensure progress

Essential Requirements

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High school degree with 8+ years' experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, and/or electronic equipment in the laboratory OR Bachelor's degree with 5+ years' experience OR Master's degree with 3+ years' experience • Current and clean driver's license record • Willing to travel approximately 25%-50% of the time

Compensation

The annual salary range for this role is $90,000-$120,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
