We are seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to lead our service department, oversee field operations, and drive operational excellence.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven service manager or project manager with strong technical knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to lead high-performing field teams in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Position Summary
As the Field Service Manager, you will oversee daily field operations, manage service technicians, coordinate projects, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers. You will be responsible for scheduling, quality control, safety compliance, team development, and customer satisfaction across all service projects.
Key Responsibilities
Field Operations & Project Management
- Plan, schedule, and oversee field service projects, repairs, and installations
- Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure safety and regulatory compliance
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues in the field
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and manage field service technicians
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training and development needs
- Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
Customer & Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for commercial and industrial clients
- Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and follow-through
- Resolve service issues quickly to maintain high customer satisfaction
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, and operations teams
- Support estimating, job planning, and service execution efforts
- Improve service workflows and operational efficiency
Qualifications & Experience
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3+ years of service management or supervisory experience (industrial or mechanical preferred)
- 5–10 years of field service, project management, or industrial maintenance experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with boilers, burners, or industrial fuel-burning equipment preferred
- Proficient with project management tools, scheduling software, and service documentation
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, safety procedures, and maintenance instructions
- Willingness to travel to job sites throughout Indiana

Compensation & Benefits
- $45hr - $65hr + overtime when available
