* Coordinate with customers, sales, and accounting to ensure seamless communication, issue resolution, and invoicing
Required Skills & Experience:
* 5-10+ years of Field Service Management or related leadership experience
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
* Strong communication skills for customer interaction and team leadership
