* Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and digital control systems
* Experience leading and training machine operators

* Ability to modify and program digital controller logic
* Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills
* Willingness to travel regionally to support plant operations

REGIONAL TRAVEL
Seeking hands-on mechanic with strong knowledge of industrial food processing equipment such as conveyor systems, refrigeration, mixing, baking, packaging, etc. as well as high speed packaging machinery.
Lead maintenance group in the following activities:
• Troubleshooting and ensuring proper operation of machinery, refrigeration, steam, electrical power and digital controls.
• Lead and train machine operators.
• Capital equipment projects.
Requirements:
• Proven track record maintaining food processing and packaging equipment including automation components such as programmable logic controllers, actuators, sensors, control panels, etc.
• Controls sourcing, selection, installation and programming experience with strong knowledge of digital controller logic modification.
Compensation package consisting of salary and bonus to $125,000 with plenty of perquisites including company paid health, medical, dental and vision benefits.
