Field Service Engineer

We're looking for a Field Service Engineer who thrives in dynamic environments and takes pride in ensuring complex systems perform safely, efficiently, and exactly to spec.What You'll DoExecute on-site start-up, commissioning, and performance optimization of advanced electrical and mechanical systemsConduct detailed equipment inspections to verify proper installation and operational readinessAnalyze performance data during system trials to ensure equipment meets or exceeds standardsDeliver hands‑on and classroom training to customer personnel with clear, structured lesson plansProvide technical support for preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting issues in the fieldReview specifications and provide field markups to support engineering “as‑built” revisionsCoordinate and oversee on‑site vendors, contractors, and project activities to maintain schedule and qualityPerform site inspections, diagnose operational challenges, and uphold high‑quality standardsPrepare and present clear technical reports, documenting performance, findings, and project milestonesWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (equivalent experience considered)5+ years of field service experience with mechanical, electrical, and high‑speed rotating equipmentStrong ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, as well as O&M manualsProficiency with control panels, motor starters, AC/DC drives, and instrumentationExperience with programmable controllers and operator interface terminals (highly desirable)Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to delivering high‑quality workExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage projects, build customer rapport, and problem‑solve in real timeWillingness to travel extensively—up to 75%, including long‑term domestic and international assignmentsIf you're ready for a challenging, rewarding role with global impact, we'd love to hear from you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
