Field Service Engineer/ Technician
BSET OR EQUIVALENT IN EXPERIENCE
Responsible for training, testing and installation of systems both in-house and in the field. This position operates primarily in the field, without supervision.
Min 5-10 yrs experience with system integration and communications. Ability to teach custom applications software packages and performs diagnostic testing. 

Perform diagnostic testing, troubleshooting and repair of tone telemetry and SCADA systems to the PCB assembly level on all systems.

In consultation with personnel at the factory, performs diagnostic testing and makes recommendations for the improvement of the performance of SCADA system software and firmware.

Prepares comprehensive trip reports and expense reports including proper documentation of any configuration changes, present trouble symptoms, problems found, and action taken.
