In this role, you will be the frontline technical expert responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex equipment at client sites. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance of machinery and systems, delivering exceptional service that drives customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge, technical skills, and field service experience in a fast‑paced environment dedicated to innovation and quality.ResponsibilitiesPerforming after‑sales technical service and customer supportInstalling, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining automation equipmentSupporting systems such as dispensing machines, AOI equipment, inspection robots, and floor‑cleaning robotsTroubleshooting equipment issues remotely and on customer sitesResponding to customer inquiries and providing technical consultationCoordinating with U.S. customers and internal teamsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.Minimum of two (2) years of experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or a related technical role.Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial, automation, or semiconductor equipment.Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to provide professional customer support and maintain positive customer relationships.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as required.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work around equipment for extended periods.Semiconductor industry experience preferred.Experience with automation equipment, robotics, AOI systems, or dispensing equipment preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
