• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of related experience
• Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machine tools and machining centers
• Knowledge of CNC machining equipment including 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining centers
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Ability to diagnose equipment failures and perform corrective repairs
• Knowledge of machine components including spindles, bearings, motors, drive systems, and related assemblies
• Ability to read technical documentation, schematics, and service manuals
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to travel regionally as required
• Install, maintain, and repair industrial CNC machine tools and machining centers
• Perform installation preparation and equipment commissioning activities
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures on CNC machinery
• Repair and replace machine components including spindles, bearings, motors, sprockets, and related assemblies
• Repair, maintain, and replace hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
• Test and validate machine performance following repairs and installations
