* 2–5+ years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC machine tools and industrial manufacturing equipment
* Hands-on experience with CNC machining centers, lathes, mills, and robots
* Experience with CNC controls including setup, operation, and software updates
* Knowledge of servo motion systems in CNC machinery
* Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams and schematics
* Experience performing preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on CNC equipment
* Ability to perform electrical work including re-routing three-phase wiring for machinery
* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to train end users and communicate technical instructions effectively
* Experience with FANUC, Siemens, CHIRON, or similar CNC control systems preferred
* Ability to work independently and manage field service assignments
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required
