With strong technical expertise in semiconductor production inspection systems and SMT inspection equipment, we supply advanced inspection solutions to customers worldwide.
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Field Service Engineer to join our growing team in Oxford, Connecticut.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and maintain semiconductor and SMT inspection equipment at customer sites
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting
- Respond to customer service requests and technical inquiries
- Collaborate with headquarters (HQ), sales teams, and customers to ensure smooth project execution
- Travel domestically and occasionally internationally as required
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree (AA, AS, AAS) or Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Engineering or related field
- English proficiency required; Korean language skills preferred
- Basic computer skills (Windows, Excel, Word)
- Willingness to travel within and outside the U.S.
- Entry-level candidates welcome (training provided)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. citizen or permanent resident preferred)
