Field Service Engineer

The Field Service Engineer supports critical power facilities by performing startup, modification, warranty, emergency service, and preventive maintenance on automatic transfer switches (ATS) and power control systems.

This customer-facing, hands-on role requires strong electrical troubleshooting skills, a focus on safety, and dedication to reliability and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is service-oriented, technically skilled, and eager to grow expertise in critical power systems for data centers, healthcare, and other mission-critical facilities.

Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of field service engineering experience
• Experience with electrical power systems from low to medium voltage switchgear
• Experience supporting critical power facilities
• Hands-on testing and servicing of ATS
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Knowledge of electrical codes and standards
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Project management and decision-making abilities
• Self-directed, safety-focused, customer-oriented
• Willingness for 24/7 on-call duty
• Valid driver’s license and work authorization in the U.S.

• 5+ years in power distribution or protection systems
• Electrical Engineering degree
• Knowledge of power systems and circuit theory
• Advanced troubleshooting in critical power environments
• Excellent time management and organization skills
