Role- Field Service Engineer
Location – Onsite Denver
Field Operations & Maintenance
- Troubleshoot and resolve fibre and network faults using OTDR, light meters, and network diagnostic tools.
- Perform break/fix activities, proactive maintenance, and emergency restorations within defined SLAs.
- Coordinate with NOC, operations, construction vendors, and third‑party carriers to restore services.
Customer & Service Coordination
- Act as the on‑site technical representative for customer service appointments and issue resolution.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding work status, timelines, and service expectations.
- Ensure accurate documentation of work completed, test results, and service updates in internal systems.
Scheduling, Dispatch & Reporting (role‑dependent)
- Support technician dispatch, appointment scheduling, and service coordination to optimise field operations.
- Update service records, job statuses, and completion milestones in scheduling and ticketing systems.
- Contribute to operational reporting on service completion rates and customer satisfaction
