Pre-scheduled monthly onsite network maintenance and review for clientsNetwork Administration tasks (tasks include network health checks, test backup/restores, antivirus updates, OS service packs, critical updates and server event log reviews and various proactive tasks to keep networks as efficient and stable as possible)Act as an internal Network Administrator, resolve network problems as necessaryComplete small Network Projects (day or less) for various clientsProvide onsite emergency responses to business down issuesAdhere to and innovate processes and procedures to improve service deliveryPossess the passion to provide top notch customer service and the desire to create Raving FansJob may have significant, regional travel, which typically does not require overnight staysAbility to learn new technologies quickly, often from reading manuals, web searches and extrapolating from prior experiencesCreative and resourceful in developing solutions for client needsAbility to remain composed and confident under stressful conditionsNeed to work independently in front of clients a majority of the timeQualifications:Minimum of a two-year college degree or equivalent field experienceProven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role.Strong knowledge of networking protocols, desktop hardware, and desktop software systems.Strong analytical and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPossess inherent troubleshooting skillsDesire to do what it takes to solve technical challengesPractical, hands-on technical experience is a mustValid drivers license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.Need to have Skills:Operating Systems:Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop hardware build experienceLAN / WAN / Wireless networking hardware and software technologiesRecommended Skills:Server Operating Systems (Windows 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022)#J-18808-Ljbffr
