Job Title: Robotics Field Service Engineer
Job Description
This role is a highly travel-focused field service position supporting industrial robots across customer sites in industries such as automotive, food and beverage, medical, and general manufacturing. You will begin by performing preventative maintenance and diagnostics on industrial robots and, over time, transition into more complex break/fix work, including troubleshooting and repairs. This position offers a structured path to develop deep expertise in industrial robotics while working directly with customers in real-world automation environments.

Work Environment
This is a U.S.-based travel role with expected travel of approximately 75-80%. You will frequently visit customer sites that may include automotive, food and beverage, medical, and general industrial manufacturing facilities. The primary robot groups you will support include IRB and non-paint robots, with a majority being 6-axis articulated robots. Work may take place in service shops, on customer production floors, and in various industrial field service environments. Candidates should be comfortable being on the road frequently, as average weekly hours range from 47 to 52. Typically, you will not remain on the road for more than 12 consecutive days without a weekend off, although rare exceptions may extend travel up to approximately three weeks. The environment involves working around industrial automation equipment, following established safety procedures, and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor in customer-facing settings.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
