Job Description Summary The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing on-site support to Waters customers that includes, but is not limited to: installation and service of diagnostic instrumentation, after-hours phone support, holiday and weekend on-site support, marketing, exhibitions, and clinical trials support.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be part of a regional team of collaborative Engineers, reporting directly to the area Technical Manager. You are expected to work to the highest standards to ensure first-class service is delivered to our customer base while ensuring quality and regulatory standards are adhered to in this heavily regulated industry.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will have the opportunity to gain expertise and become the SME for our Flow Cytometry instruments (Clinical Cell Analyzer and Research Cell Analyzers).
