Position: Field Service Dispatcher
Location: Dallas, Texas onsite 
Duration: Contract- 6 months with possibility of extending
Pay Range: $20.00-$23.00 hourly

Job Overview:
The Field Service Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling of field service technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and dispatch field service technicians to customer locations based on service requests and priorities.
  • Monitor and track the progress of service calls to ensure timely completion.
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on service schedules and address any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of service requests, technician assignments, and job completions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle emergency service requests and adjust schedules as needed to meet customer needs.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or dispatching is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a dispatching or scheduling role, preferably in a field service environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using dispatching software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
