Position Summary:
The company is seeking a non-commission Field Sales Representative based in Tuscaloosa, AL
Responsible for selling and marketing products to current and prospective customers across a multi-state territory in the Midwest
Travel required approximately 3–4 days per week for 2–3 weeks per month, with occasional weekend work
Responsibilities:
Develop expert knowledge of the company’s capabilities, product portfolio, customers, competitors, and markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers through exceptional service and product knowledge
Travel within assigned Midwest territory to support and grow customer base
Communicate with customers, distributors, agents, and prospects regarding product information, pricing, order status, and credit status
Collaborate with internal teams on product specifications, costing, packaging, and order/shipment updates
Coordinate and participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and dealer events
Identify and pursue new customers and market opportunities
Host visiting customers and prospects for meetings and tours
Conduct all business activities in a professional and ethical manner
Coordinate product and sales training for customers and their sales teams
