They are seeking an energetic, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand market presence, develop new retail partnerships, and strengthen relationships with existing accounts.

Job Details

Develop and manage a territory of retail accounts including specialty nutrition retailers, gyms, health food stores, sporting goods retailers, and independent businesses.
Prospect and secure new business opportunities while growing revenue within existing accounts.
Build strong relationships with store owners, buyers, and key decision-makers.
Conduct regular in-person account visits to ensure optimal product placement, merchandising, and inventory levels.
Execute sales presentations and educate customers on new products, promotions, and category trends.
Work closely with distributor partners to maximize product availability and sales growth.
Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to increase market share.
Attend trade shows, industry events, product demonstrations, and customer events as needed.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and territory activity reports.
Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to execute regional sales initiatives.
Qualifications
2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably within sports nutrition, CPG, beverage, food, supplements, or related industries.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Experience calling on retail accounts and managing a geographic territory.
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
Existing relationships within the sports nutrition, fitness, or specialty retail channels.
Passion for health, wellness, fitness, and sports performance.
Experience working with distributors and retail merchandising programs.
