Field Sales Representative (Merchant Services)

We're hiring Field Sales Representatives to visit local retail businesses in person and introduce our payment processing program. This is a door-to-door, field-based role — you must be comfortable visiting businesses daily in your local area.

What You'll Do Visit retail stores (delis, convenience stores, restaurants, smoke shops, etc.), introduce business owners to our offer, and connect interested merchants with our team to finalize enrollment. No hard selling — you're delivering real value.

• Up to $3,000 upfront cash incentive to switch
• Free new POS equipment, free setup, free shipping
• Reduced or eliminated payment processing fees

Your Compensation — Two Options

• Commission-Only: $500–$2,000 per sale depending on volume. Uncapped.
• Base + Commission: $500/week + performance-based commission tiers. Requires a minimum of 5 sales per month to maintain.

Top reps earn $6,000–$20,000+/month. Training bonus of $500 available your first week.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be comfortable going door-to-door daily — this is NOT a remote role
• Must be able to start within 2 weeks
• No experience required — full training provided
