What You’ll Do:

• Generate and manage leads through company-provided marketing, referrals, and your own networking efforts
• Conduct roof inspections and exterior evaluations (full training provided)
• Educate homeowners on roofing, siding, gutters, and window solutions
• Prepare proposals and present options clearly and professionally
• Guide customers through the insurance claim or financing process if needed
• Own the sales process from first conversation to signed contract

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales OR hands-on trade work (roofing, siding, construction, etc.)
• A confident communicator who can build trust and credibility quickly
• Strong work ethic and self-discipline to manage your own schedule
• Driven to succeed — you want uncapped earning potential
• Ability to climb a ladder and perform roof inspections (we provide safety training)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
