Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of quota-carrying sales experience in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products and platforms.
  • Experience selling enterprise software into the federal government.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, both domestically and internationally as needed.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience promoting into National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) at the enterprise level.
  • Experience managing sales strategy for artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, infrastructure software, databases, investigative tools, applications software, or cloud solutions.
  • Experience working with and managing partners in implementation projects including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
  • Ability to partner with sales engineers and customer technical leads to inventory existing software estates, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be working with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) account. You will leverage existing relationships with C-level executives, develop new relationships, and act as a trusted business partner to understand their issues and goals. You will promote the power of our products to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $118000 - $172000 (USD) + 150% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefitsLearn more about benefits at Google.

Responsibilities

  • Build executive relationships across the enterprise to influence the department's long-term technology and business decisions.
  • Manage account strategy to develop business growth opportunities, working cross-functionally with multiple teams and Google Partners, to maximize business impact within enterprise customers.
  • Analyze the customer technology footprint, growth plans, business drivers, technology strategy, and business landscape.
  • Direct business development, forecast accurately, and achieve goals by guiding customers through the entire business cycle.
  • Add value as a trusted advisor by bringing insights and ideas with follow-through execution.
