Hairdreams USA, a global leader in luxury hair extensions and professional hair solutions, is seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to support and grow existing salon accounts. Responsibilities:
Provide in-person customer service and support to existing accounts
This role requires frequent travel—up to 70% (approximately three weeks per month), with most trips lasting 5–6 consecutive days.
Conduct territory visits, product demos, and client meetings
When not traveling, work onsite at our Torrance, CA office (not remote position)
Requirements:
Beauty industry experience required
Proven sales experience (field/B2B preferred)
Strong communication & presentation skills
Comfortable with extensive travel
Must live in the Los Angeles or Orange County area
Compensation:
Base salary: $60,000–$80,000 (depending on experience)
On-target earnings: ~$100,000 (base + commission)
Travel expenses covered (flights, lodging, per diem)
Mileage reimbursed at standard rate when driving personal vehicle
