Seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to support and expand existing salon accounts in the beauty industry.
Responsibilities include providing in-person customer service, conducting territory visits, product demos, and client meetings.
This role requires frequent travel—up to 70% (about three weeks per month), with most trips lasting 5–6 days. When not traveling, work onsite at the Torrance, CA office.
Requirements include beauty industry experience, proven sales success (field/B2B preferred), strong communication skills, and living in Los Angeles or Orange County.
Compensation offers a base salary of $60,000–$80,000, with on-target earnings around $100,000 including commissions.
