The Truly Nolen Outside Sales Inspector is a field sales role focused on residential and commercial pest control and termite services. Responsibilities combine prospecting, physical on-site inspections, and closing sales. The position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently.

Core Responsibilities

  • Property Inspections: Evaluate the interior and exterior of client properties, including attics and crawl spaces, to identify pest or termite activity.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Build a customer base using pre-scheduled appointments, self-generated leads, referrals, and community networking.
  • Proposals & Sales: Present tailored service proposals to clients, answer questions, explain processes, and close sales to meet performance goals.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture ongoing client relationships and ensure satisfaction with proposed solutions.
