Field Representative (Oil & Gas / Refinery Background) – $60K–$80K
Our client in The Woodlands area is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Field Representative to support business growth and manage existing accounts. This role is ideal for someone with a background in oil & gas, refinery, or industrial environments who is looking to transition into a client-facing, growth-focused position.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct plant visits and perform field-based activities within industrial environments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities
- Perform outreach (cold and warm calls) to identify, qualify, and develop new business
- Coordinate and lead discovery calls, including:
- Scheduling meetings
- Taking detailed notes
- Tracking action items
- Following up through completion
- Log all activities in CRM (Salesforce)
- Support growth of services and products including:
- Technical services, consulting, testing, and laboratory services
- Chemical and mechanical products
- Manage and follow up on active opportunities
Additional Responsibilities
- Develop and support team sales strategies, action plans, and budgets
- Maintain accurate CRM records (calls, emails, meetings, opportunities)
- Participate in regional meetings with leadership
- Provide occasional technical field support (sampling, testing, filter change-outs, etc.)
- Schedule and conduct routine site visits
Requirements
- Background in oil & gas, refinery, chemical plant, or industrial environment strongly preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, field work, or technical support (sales experience is a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to travel up to 50% (including overnight)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid driver’s license
