About the Position:
The Regional Clinical Manager (RCM) is a field-based role responsible for providing leadership, coaching, and development to a clinical nurse educator team focused on educating healthcare professionals on a newly prescribed HIV PrEP therapy. The RCM will be responsible for ensuring superior execution by the team and meeting all team metrics. This position will lead and develop the team, emphasizing quality execution, time management, action planning, and alignment with field counterparts to create meaningful relationships with customers and their office staff. This individual is also responsible for working cross-functionally with internal Momentum and client team members to ensure all appropriate training, compliance, and developmental objectives are achieved. The Regional Clinical Manager will report to the Director, Field Educators – HIV PrEP.

Salary Range: $150k - $160k
Actual salary will vary based on a number of factors such as the candidate’s skillset, experience, and competency for the role. Some roles may include car allowance and eligibility to earn targeted bonus based on company or individual performance.
