Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Quality Completions team, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Ensure accurate and timely entries into the completions database.
- Collaborate with operations, quality, and commissioning teams to align tasks and inspections with project schedules.
- Conduct regular meetings to facilitate clear communication between project management, executive management, and the completions team.
- Supervise the receipt, review, and accurate entry of all project-related subcontractor documents.
- Lead completions walk-downs to verify the readiness of systems and equipment for the next project phase.
- Manage the turnover process, including the preparation of turnover documents for commissioning and/or the client.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to Quality Completions Supervisors, coordinators, inspectors, and specialists.
The Quality Completions Manager is a key figure in the management of large projects and an essential member of the quality completions management team for mega projects. Reporting to either the Project Quality Completions Manager, this role is responsible for leading daily completions activities while supervising Quality Completions Supervisors, coordinators, inspectors, and specialists. On mega-projects, this position may oversee a single function within the quality completions management group.
