Overview<\/b>

Our client is seeking a Field Project Manager<\/b> to
oversee the onsite execution of entertainment lighting and stage system
installations. This role serves as the central point of coordination between
project managers, installation teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure
projects are delivered efficiently and to specification.
<\/p>
The ideal candidate has experience in theatrical lighting
systems, entertainment technology installations, or stage production
environments<\/b>, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>- Serve
as the primary onsite coordinator<\/b> for lighting system
installations.
<\/li> - Communicate
and collaborate with installers, subcontractors, and internal project
teams.
<\/li> - Conduct regular site visits<\/b> to ensure projects remain on schedule and
within scope.
<\/li> - Participate
in meetings with clients, contractors, and other trades.
<\/li> - Maintain
strong working relationships with forepersons, installers, and project
stakeholders.
<\/li> - Track
project progress, identify risks, and communicate updates to the project
team.
<\/li> - Support
project startup, scheduling coordination, and overall project execution.
<\/li> - Supervise
onsite activities including fixture preparation, hanging, and focus<\/b>.
<\/li> - Assist
with client training sessions and technical documentation<\/b>.
<\/li> - Maintain
project documentation including daily reports and progress updates.
<\/li> - Deliver
excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

with stage or studio lighting systems<\/b> required.
<\/li> - Experience
with project management, production management, or construction -related
roles<\/b> preferred.
<\/li> - Familiarity
with the entertainment, theatrical, or construction industries<\/b>.
<\/li> - Production
experience with theatrical lighting and/or rigging systems<\/b>.
<\/li> - Experience
with CAD or Vectorworks<\/b> is a plus.

to travel locally and regionally to project sites.
