Field Production Manager

We are partnered with a Fine Gardening Landscape team who is looking for a Field Manager who owns the day from the first truck out to the last report filed. This isn't a supervisor role in title only. This is for someone who leads from the front, communicates early and often, holds the standard without being told to, and takes full ownership of what happens in the field.

What you'll own...
The daily morning launch... jobs, priorities, crew assignments
Confirming materials, tools, trailers, and equipment are ready before wheels roll
Quality, pace, and execution across the job sites throughout the day
Real-time coaching and course correction in the field
Catching and solving problems before they become costly surprises
End-of-day reporting and next-day readiness
The client experience... their property, their trust, their impression of us

Preferred background...
Field leadership experience in landscaping or related outdoor construction
Strong field judgment... knows what good looks like and won't settle for less
Calm under pressure and organized before it arrives
Clear communicator up and down the chain
Highly accountable... and coachable
Respectful with clients and crews alike
Able to work independently without waiting to be directed
