  • Schedule: Monday - Friday (Full Time) - Occasional Saturday Availability

The Field Operations Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the company’s operational excellence. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Director of Field Operations to oversee, coordinate, and enhance day-to-day field activities. You will support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of operational processes, ensuring high performance, strong productivity, and seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Field Operations in developing and implementing operational strategies, goals, and plans in alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Identify areas for operational improvement and recommend solutions to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and reduce costs.

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance, identify trends, and propose improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and other locations, including installation, internal operations, ordering & logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of operational activities.

  • Assist in training and mentoring staff members on operational procedures, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and high performance.

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure the availability and efficient utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

  • Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate operational disruptions, such as supply chain interruptions or staffing shortages.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and quality control measures to maintain operational excellence.

  • Collect and analyze operational data to generate reports, insights, and recommendations for enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Address operational issues and challenges promptly, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to operational activities, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives.

  • Deliver signature service to homeowners and customers, ensuring a positive, professional, and solution-oriented experience.

Requirements:

  • At least 5yrs of Project Management Leadership Experience

  • At least 5yrs of Window/Door Replacement Installation Experience

  • Prior Experience within the Construction, Home Improvement, or Installation Industry

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, & Word)

  • Working experience using Salesforce or similar CRM/project tracking systems

  • Strong understanding of installation processes, job sequencing, and field logistics

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
