Position Responsibilities:

  • The Field Operations Manager is a rotational position that manages and oversees daily operational activities
  • May work in various functions including, but not limited to: Warehouse, Delivery, Transportation, 3rd party distributors, Merchandisers, off-site storage facilities, Inventory, etc.
  • Support and implement company initiatives to achieve performance, quality, and safety metrics
  • Proactively improve process functioning and strive for enhanced levels of efficiency
  • Assist in the establishment, analysis of daily/weekly KBI's and submission of annual departmental budgets
  • Adhere to the company's standards and policies in addition to all regulatory requirements and promote and model a culture that reflects the company's values and competencies
  • Travel up to 50%
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with 6 to 8 years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 9 to 11 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master's Degree
