Description:
Train, hire, recruit and lead the field team
Responsible for safety, training and mentoring field team
Understanding of related safe operation procedures and support for team in the field
Assist with dispatching employees on a daily basis
Travel as required
Preferred Qualifications:
An understanding of servant leadership principles
Ability to multi-task and exhibit flexibility in job duties
Excellent communication skills and the ability to coach others
10 years of rigging experience
3-5 years of Superintendent/Management
Qualified to operate crane of multiple sizes
An ability to train, formally and informally, through mentoring and success-based delegation
Must pass drug test, fit for duty test and background check
