As we continue to scale in Colorado, we’re looking for a Field Operations Manager (FOM) who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and execution.
Position Summary
The Field Operations Manager (FOM) – Colorado is a key leadership role responsible for the quality, consistency, and readiness of all field operations across Peak Beverage’s Colorado market.
This role serves as a hands-on operational leader and market-level support partner, providing Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage, conducting operational audits, supporting frontline training, and ensuring accurate timekeeping and payroll practices across catering, concessions, and other market verticals.
The FOM works closely with the Market General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Central Operations teams to ensure events are executed to standard, labor is captured correctly, and field leaders are set up for success.
Key Responsibilities
Field Leadership & MOD Support
Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) or senior operations support for key Colorado events across catering, concessions, and other verticals
Provide real-time leadership to Captains, Event Directors, and field leads, supporting pacing, guest recovery, safety, and SOP adherence
Complete concise post-event reports outlining wins, issues, and follow-up actions
Operations Audits & Quality Control
Conduct regular operational audits using standardized checklists (service standards, bar setup, cleanliness, compliance, cash handling, signage, and safety)
Identify trends, gaps, and risks; partner with market and vertical leaders to implement corrective actions
Follow up to ensure improvements are implemented and sustained
Training & Development
Lead or support new-hire orientations for Colorado field staff
Provide on-the-job coaching for Captains, Event Directors, and frontline leaders during live events
Reinforce company standards, leadership expectations, and operational best practices
Payroll & Time Management
Ensure accurate time capture for all field staff and leaders across events and venues
Review and reconcile time punches for errors, missed punches, incorrect roles, and overtime flags
Partner with People Ops, Finance, and Market leadership to reduce payroll errors while protecting compliance and fair pay
Skills & Experience
2–3+ years of experience in hospitality, events, or F&B operations with supervisory or leadership responsibility
Strong operational eye with the ability to translate observations into clear, actionable feedback
Comfortable coaching in the field and facilitating group orientations
Familiarity with timekeeping and payroll systems and basic labor compliance
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with both field staff and office teams
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
Essential Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be 21 years of age or older
Ability to obtain required alcohol service, food handler, and or any other safety certifications applicable to Colorado and required by Peak.
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
Ability to travel locally within the Colorado market for venue visits and event support
Work Environment & Schedule
Full-time, salaried position
Flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability based on event needs
Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, bending, and carrying (up to 50 lbs)
