We are looking for a hands-on, detailed-oriented Field Operations & Logistics Specialist to support our Parsippany office and Field Operations team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.
What you will do:
- Manage daily shipping & logistics (FedEx, USPS, incoming/outgoing packages)
- Track and process product returns, inventory and field equipment
- Support trade shows, medical education and special events (planning, shipping, setup, returns)
- Assist with product complaints & documentation tracking
- Keep the office running smoothly (supplies, vendors, facilities)
What we are looking for:
- 2-4 years of logistics, operations, inventory control or admin support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in healthcare or medical device is a plus
