A high growth, $75M multi-state residential services company is seeking a newly created Vice President of Operations to drive execution, accountability, and performance across its expanding platform.

This is a highly visible, hands-on executive role, overseeing operational performance, driving consistency across markets, and ensuring disciplined execution across the organization. The VP of Operations will work closely with the field leadership and executive team to scale the business while maintaining strong service delivery and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistent execution and high performance across all markets
  • Build, standardize, and optimize core operating processes to support scalability and efficiency
  • Establish clear accountability across leadership layers, driving disciplined execution and results
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance to align operational performance with growth objectives
  • Implement and manage KPIs to track performance and enable data-driven decision-making
  • Maintain full accountability for gross profit performance
  • Strengthen field execution while maintaining a high-quality customer experience

Qualifications

  • Proven field operations leadership experience within residential services, in-home services, or a similar multi-location service organization.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling operational processes in a high-growth business
  • Strong experience leading leaders and driving accountability across distributed teams
  • Track record of improving execution, performance, and process discipline
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and data-driven leadership style
  • Self-starter who thrives in environments requiring structure, accountability, and execution
