The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. In this role, you will lead a team of Operations leaders in multiple sites to achieve results on a national scale. As a member of the leadership team, the Operations Director requires the ability to lead a team in the seamless integration, communication, and execution of business strategies. This includes management of all operations and processes associated with policy service activities, execution of strategic initiatives and change management efforts, and continuous improvement of operational capabilities. You will also be responsible for the growth and retention of Business Insurance accounts while meeting profitability targets, lowering operating costs, and deepening agency relationships.
