Job Summary
We are a fast-growing home improvement and construction company, and our canvassing operation is a core growth engine.
We’re looking for a Field Operations Coordinator to oversee daily operations for our door-to-door canvassing and lead generation teams. This office-based role acts as the control center, monitoring team performance in real time, supporting location managers, and ensuring field teams follow schedules, grid assignments, and company protocols.

Responsibilities
• Monitor canvassing teams and locations in real time using chats, GPS tools, and CRM/field apps
• Ensure teams launch on time, follow assigned grids, and adhere to company standards
• Track production metrics throughout the day; flag low/no-production reps and teams to managers
• Support managers with coaching, performance follow-up, and enforcement of performance policies
• Maintain ongoing communication with site managers, van leaders, trainers, and dispatch/confirmation
• Post real-time sales updates, incentives, and performance messages in group chats to keep teams engaged
• Ensure site managers submit daily and weekly reports; review for completeness and accuracy
• Submit a daily operations summary to division leadership (production, issues, disciplinary actions, key notes)
• Confirm end-of-day procedures are completed, including office and vehicle/keys checks

Qualifications
• Experience in a fast-paced operations, dispatch, call center, or field support role (home improvement, solar, roofing, telecom, or similar preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple teams, chats, and priorities at once
• Solid computer skills; comfortable working with CRM/lead tracking tools, spreadsheets, and messaging apps
• Clear, direct communicator who is comfortable following up, reminding, and holding others accountable
• Optional: Prior exposure to door-to-door canvassing teams or field sales operations is a plus
