Duration:  0 to 3 months (Temp to Hire)
Shift Time: 8: 30 AM to 5: 30 PM/ Monday to Friday 

Responsibilities:
  • Dress Code: Business attire
  • Driving: Yes - this is a multi-site position
  • COVID Requirements: None
  • Interview Type: Virtual
  • This position will support multiple law offices in the area as well as other facilities.
  • Administrative duties will include calendar management, mail room tasks, print room tasks, and hospitality services.
  • The position also includes responsibilities in print production.
  • The hiring manager is looking for a candidate who is detailed-oriented, personable, and polished. Legal/hospitality experience a plus.
  • There won't be any extensive lifting, standing or walking, however, lifting up to 25lbs may be required.
  • The candidate will have the opportunity to become permanent with after 320 hours worked if they are successful in their role.
  • Parking will be provided/reimbursed.
