WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS OUR FIELD MECHANIC
Your day is all about keeping fleets safe and operational. You'll:
Perform preventative maintenance to avoid costly breakdowns
Diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical and electrical issues
Maintain accurate records of all work performed
Ensure every vehicle meets safety and compliance standards
Communicate clearly with service advisors and clients
HOW WE CARE FOR OUR TEAM
Pay: $32 to $50 hourly, depending on experience
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends

Valid Arizona driver's license
Mechanical aptitude
Foundational knowledge of vehicle systems

Ability to work all around greater Phoenix and the surrounding areas, most of Maricopa County
Preferred Qualifications:
Formal education
Professional certifications (ASE)
Relevant mechanical experience
