Role Overview
Our client is seeking a highly organized and data-driven Field Marketing Strategy & Operations Specialist to join our Clients Field Marketing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of operational excellence, ensuring that campaigns, high-touch events, and executive programs are backed by flawless data and scalable processes.
You will provide the visibility needed for sales and leadership to succeed, including taking a lead operational role for our clients flagship program, the Executive Exchange. This is an ideal role for a marketing professional who thrives on "the how" behind the "what," turning complex data into actionable insights and executive-ready reports.
Core Responsibilities
Field Marketing Operations & Data Management- Data Integrity: Maintain and manage core Field Marketing trackers, ensuring real-time accuracy and usability for sales and marketing teams.
- Collaboration: Partner with Strategy & Operations (S&O) and Field Marketing Managers (FMMs) to enrich account data and resolve information gaps.
- Tracking: Report on strategic campaign codes and opportunity alignment; monitor nomination pipelines and opportunity influence to ensure alignment with business priorities.
Campaign & Event Infrastructure- System Setup: Create and manage campaign codes, Cvent meeting IDs, and SharePoint campaign hubs.
- Alignment: Ensure all campaign infrastructure is properly set up, tracked, and aligned with global reporting requirements.
- Visibility: Maintain and update the Field Marketing calendar to reflect all active programs.
Reporting, Analytics & QA- Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous QA across reporting tools, including trackers, leaderboard metrics, and Power BI dashboards.
- Performance Metrics: Support development of pre- and post-event opportunity reporting tied to campaign performance.
- Optimization: Analyze data to inform targeting strategies and validate list uploads for system accuracy.
Flagship Program Ownership: Executive Exchange- Execution: Manage end-to-end operational execution for the Executive Exchange program.
- Attendee Management: Build and maintain executive attendee dossiers and update sales-facing trackers.
- Performance Monitoring: Track opportunity influence and engagement metrics specific to this flagship event.
Executive Engagement & Leadership Support- Enablement: Build executive-ready materials, including pre-event briefings and program decks.
- Executive Reporting: Support Monthly Business Executive Review (MBER) updates and bi-weekly leadership review decks.
- Communications: Provide metrics and inputs for the Field Marketing newsletters and stakeholder updates.
Qualifications- Experience: 68 years of experience in marketing operations, field marketing, or a related strategic operations role.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience working within marketing and data ecosystems, specifically SFDC (Salesforce), Power BI, Cvent, and SharePoint.
- Operational Discipline: Exceptional focus on data accuracy, process consistency, and a "quality-first" mindset.
- Communication: Proven ability to produce clear, concise, and executive-ready outputs.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple high-priority programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across Field Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
