Position Summary
The Field Marketing Programs Manager role is responsible for both the strategy and execution of EPS Learning's field marketing efforts. This role will support the development and execution of account-based field marketing initiatives, build meaningful engagement through EPS owned field events and webinars, and support demand generation strategies to penetrate key accounts in the K-12 education market. This role will work cross-functionally across the Marketing organization and beyond to ensure tasks, functions and activities are prioritized, orchestrated and aligned to goals and desired outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Rationalize, define, and develop account-based field marketing motions to support sales organization efforts, focusing on account-level penetration, particularly in underdeveloped regions.
- Design, plan, and oversee ongoing EPS Learning field events and webinars that align with demand generation content strategies and drive lead engagement.
- Continuously evaluate and refine field events and webinar programs to enhance their alignment with our demand marketing goals and ensure measurable impact.
- Serve as Marketing partner to Sales, Content, and Marketing Operations teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact marketing campaigns and activities that support lead generation and sales conversion.
- Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency while delivering high-quality experiences on behalf of EPS Learning.
- Track, measure, and report on the ROI of field marketing activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in field marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing.
- Proven expertise in planning and executing events and webinars with measurable outcomes.
- Experience in the K-12 education market is a plus.
- Strong understanding of ABM strategies and demand generation principles.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce) and webinar platforms.

Extended or Uncommon Working Hours
