MainStreet Family Care
Field Marketing Coordinator - North Carolina
This role is:
About Us:
MainStreet Family Care operates two rapidly going brands: MainStreet Family Care and KidsStreet Urgent Care, focusing on rural communities and pediatric urgent care, respectively. We are rapidly growing and currently have over 60 clinics in Alabama, Georgia, North Florida, and North Carolina. Serving rural communities and moms is more than a business model—it's a calling.
Our vertical, the healthcare space, is very different from retail, e-commerce, and even other service businesses. Our clinics are often the only or one of the only options for quality medical care that the communities we serve have access to. For this reason, we take our responsibility to these communities very seriously, supporting them and our teams in them when and where they need us. Marketing is no exception; in fact, field marketing is often at the forefront of forging brand awareness and community relationships.
Role Overview:
MainStreet Family Care and KidsStreet Urgent Care are looking for a field marketing coordinator to join our team! Work with our team to increase awareness and community engagement for both brands, operating as our boots on the ground in a given region.
This is a grassroots, event-centric role requiring ~80% travel. For our new clinics, our field marketing team is responsible for grand opening events, strategic sponsorships, and the groundwork associated. You’ll canvas the town and network, network, network, becoming best friends with the community and schools. For our existing clinics, our field marketers organize and produce several events each year such as participation in major school events, community fairs, festivals, parades, and more.
The majority of the time, you will be organizing, hosting, and/or participating in events, communicating with community stakeholders such as chambers of commerce and school organizations along the way. You’ll also coordinate with our HQ team, especially our social media team, to turn content you gather into social media content. Beyond helping to facilitate local content, you’ll also respond to your clinics’ reviews on Google and Facebook.
As mentioned, this is a role with significant travel, including frequent overnight travel. You will be traveling most days visiting the communities that contain the clinics you’re responsible for, including upcoming clinics in communities we aren’t in yet.

About You:
At MainStreet, we commit to our people the way they commit to our company. At MainStreet, you will work alongside people who share your ambition, drive, and determination. Does the following sound like you?
Ambitious – You are seeking professional growth and development. Challenges don’t deter you; in fact, they inspire you.
Detail-Oriented – You embrace balancing tactics and strategy. Whether it’s hosting a booth at a local football game or planning a major grand opening, no one holds your work to a higher standard than you.
Time Management – You must be able to manage your time wisely and be willing to put in as many hours per week as needed. This is not a job for someone who simply wants to punch a time clock and earn a paycheck.
Self-starter – If you need someone continually telling you what to do, this position isn't for you.
If, after completing training and reviewing a marketing plan, you're the type of person who can run with it and find new and even better ways of doing things on your own, you'll thrive.
Organized – If you're not organized, this position isn't for you. A role on this team requires being comfortable having rotating irons in the fire.
Have an Entrepreneurial Spirit – If you're looking to just earn a paycheck, this job isn't for you. If you are enthusiastic to put in the hours and take ownership of your part in the success of our quickly-growing company, you will thrive. This often means working on things at home, working evenings and weekends, and often going above and beyond.
Iron-clad ethics – If you don't have a “do the right thing, every time, all the time” approach, our company is not for you.
