About the Role
VIVAZEN is seeking a highly motivated, market-savvy Field Marketing Brand Ambassador to join our Atlanta team. This is not a traditional brand ambassador role—we are looking for a strategic, professional, and execution-focused individual who can represent the brand at a high level while contributing to market growth and insights.
As part of our brand-owned field marketing program, you will work directly with VIVAZEN (not through an agency), playing a key role in shaping local strategy, generating leads, and capturing authentic content that supports our broader marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a local market expert, providing insights and feedback to inform strategy
Execute field marketing initiatives with a focus on quality engagement—not passive promotion
Age-verify all consumers to be 21+
Drive lead generation through meaningful, relationship-based interactions
Manage inventory at the field level, ensuring proper stock and organization
Capture and submit high-quality UGC (user-generated content) from events and activations
Collaborate with the social media team by contributing relevant, on-brand content
Maintain detailed, professional reporting on activities, performance, and market feedback
Serve as a subject matter expert on VIVAZEN products
Participate in monthly virtual trainings (paid)
Qualifications
Strong understanding of local Atlanta market dynamics
Demonstrated ability in field marketing, brand activation, or CPG environments (CPG experience strongly preferred)
Excellent communication, organization, and reporting skills
Comfortable with content creation and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Ability to work independently while maintaining high accountability
Professional demeanor and strong brand representation skills
Requirements
Ability to commit 8–12 hours per week for a 12-month program
