We are hiring an experienced canvassingmanager to lead and grow a large door-to-door team. This is a high-earning leadership role offering base salary, commission, and overrides.
Lead, train, and grow a large door-to-door canvassing team with Florida's Best Window Company
and earn $125,000–$250,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and manage canvassers
• Lead team meetings and field coaching

Requirements:
• Proven canvassing management experience required
• Experience leading door-to-door teams
• Strong recruiting, coaching, and leadership skills
• Home improvement or related industry experience
