We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead exterior siding projects, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors and project teams, mentor crews, negotiate pricing, and enforce standards.
- Oversee projects from pre-construction to completion, conducting site walks for compliance.
- Manage safety protocols, OSHA inspections, and safety documentation.
- Coordinate daily operations, scheduling, and travel between multiple sites.
- Act as primary contact for clients, inspectors, and stakeholders, reporting progress and managing budgets.
Requirements include 8+ years in construction management, a valid driver’s license, and ability to travel.
