Title: Field Manager I, II or III
Location: Charlotte, NC 28216
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, on site
Salary: Dependent on experience
Bonus: 18% annual, paid quarterly

What You'll Be Doing:
The function of this position is to manage, direct, and accept accountability for all field activities and reporting functions associated with the construction of assigned homes in the community. The Field Manager provides leadership and manages the coordination of all activities within the new home construction process, optimizing the effectiveness of Trades, ensuring compliance with customer satisfaction and quality assurance standards, and maintaining a safe work environment.

What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of homebuilding/residential production building, custom homebuilding
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Safety mindset
  • Proven track record of positive customer service and interactions.
  • Experience managing construction schedules
  • Experience managing construction budgets
  • Proven track record of positive relationships with trades/vendors
